AramisCDT software is an open source project
with object oriented architecture for identification of cracks.
This software enables to evaluate:
- number of cracks,
- crack widths,
- crack spacings,
- statistics of the crack widths and
- crack initiation history.
These parameters are important for durability design of these structures because
cracks are preferential paths for ingress of water, aggressive salt solutions or
chlorides ions into the composite material.
Software uses data obtained from Aramis 3D commercial system made by a German company GOM mbH.
It is a non-contact optical 3D deformation measuring system.
Development of AramisCDT software was supported by projects FAST-S-14-2485 and by the project CZ.1.07/2.3.00/30.0005 of Brno University of Technology.
